ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN

1. De factuur is betaalbaar binnen 15 dagen na factuurdatum en zonder korting.             

2. Bij laattijdige betaling is de wet van 2 oktober 2002 (B.S. 07.08.2002) van toepassing.

Vanaf de volgende dag na de betalingstermijn wordt dagelijks een vertragingsrente van 8% berekend. Daarnaast wordt een bedrag van EUR 40,00 toegepast ter dekking van administratieve kosten. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing onder voorbehoud van alle rechten met betrekking tot eventuele andere extra kosten die TaxMinute BV maakt als gevolg van niet tijdige betaling.

3. Onderhavige voorwaarden zijn onderworpen aan het Belgisch recht. In geval van geschil tussen partijen, is uitsluitend de rechtbank van Leuven bevoegd.

4. Bij eventuele afwijkingen tussen de onderhavige algemene voorwaarden en de bepalingen van de met u gesloten overeenkomst die de gefactureerde diensten regelt, hebben de bepalingen van de overeenkomst voorrang op de onderhavige algemene voorwaarden.                              

CONDITIONS GENERALES

1. La facture est payable à 15 jours date de facture et sans escompte.                                            

2. En cas de retard de paiement, la loi du 2 octobre 2002 (M.B. 07.08.2002) s'applique.                     

A partir du lendemain du délai de paiement, un intérêt de retard quotidien de 8% est facturé. En outre, un montant de 40,00 EUR sera appliqué pour couvrir les frais administratifs. Ces conditions s'appliquent sous réserve de tous les droits concernant tous les autres frais supplémentaires que TaxMinute BV encourt en raison d'un retard de paiement.                                                                

3. Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit belge. En cas de litige entre parties, seuls le Tribunal de Louvain sera compétent.                                                      

4. En cas d'incohérence éventuelle entre, d'une part, les conditions générales actuelles et, d'autre part, les dispositions de la convention conclue entre nous qui régit les services facturés, les dispositions de la convention prévaudront sur les conditions générales actuelles.                                                                                                   

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The invoice is payable within 15 days of the invoice date without discount.

2. In the event of late payment, the law of 2 October 2002 (B.S. 07.08.2002) applies.                   

From the next day after the payment term, a daily default interest of 8% is charged. In addition, an amount of EUR 40.00 will be applied to cover administrative costs. These conditions apply subject to all rights with regard to any other additional costs that TaxMinute BV incurs as a result of late payment.                                                                                       

3. These conditions shall be subject to the Belgian law. As regards possible litigation between the parties, the Court of Leuven shall have exclusive jurisdiction.                                                               

4. In the event of any inconsistencies between the present general conditions and the terms and conditions of the agreement between us which governs the invoiced services, the terms and conditions of the agreement shall prevail over the present general conditions.
